All tickets purchased through MontyBooking are subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to the selected event or activity.
1. Ticket Cancellations
Events & Concerts: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise specified by the event organizer or required by applicable law. Activities & Workshops: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable. VIP & Special Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer or required by law.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, customers will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
If an event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Customers unable to attend the new date may request a refund, subject to the applicable event policy and consumer protection laws.
3. No-Shows
Customers who fail to attend an event or activity without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
4. Booking & Processing Fees
Booking, service, and processing fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted through MontyBooking's customer support team at info@montybooking.com, including the booking reference and relevant event details.
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method where technically possible, subject to payment provider requirements.
6. Organizer-Specific Conditions
Event organizers may apply additional cancellation or refund conditions, which will be displayed on the relevant event page before purchase. Such conditions will take precedence over the standard policy, subject to applicable law.
By purchasing a ticket through MontyBooking, customers acknowledge and accept the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to their booking.
