• Mastering prompt optimization for business applications.
• Assignment: Create personalized AI prompts for specific business tasks.

2. Creating AI Business Assistants & Projects

• Building AI assistants for automating tasks (emails, blogs, research, etc.).
• Designing AI-powered business projects.
• Assignment: Develop an AI assistant for a business function.

3. AI Tools for Workflow Automation

• Hands-on training on AI automation tools
• Identifying and eliminating workflow inefficiencies.
• Assignment: Map out a workflow and identify AI automation opportunities.

4. AI for Marketing, Social Media & AI Agents

• Using AI for content creation and social media management.
• Creating an AI assistant for prompt optimization
• Assignment: Create an AI-driven marketing strategy.

Pre-requisites for Participants

To ensure all attendees are at a similar skill level:

AI Literacy Test: Candidates must complete a test before acceptance.

ChatGPT Plus Subscription: All participants must have a ChatGPT Plus account (USD 20/month) for hands-on practice.

The workshop will be online but you need to be on a laptop for hands-on AI practice.

Rima Saad Azar is a logistics and supply chain management expert with 25 years of experience. As the

General Manager of Sea Sky Services Sarl and Director of Sea Sky Services UK Ltd., she has played a

pivotal role in promoting export readiness and compliance among Lebanese SMEs, particularly during

the economic crisis. Since 2020, Rima and her team have dedicated over 50 hours to free consultations

for startups and SMEs.
